
1. Grease a 9x13 pan. Add the frozen, shredded hasbrowns. Season with salt & pepper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs. Add milk, seasoned salt, cheddar and provolone cheese, green onions, sausage, bacon and ham.
3. Pour egg mixture over hash browns. Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake, uncovered for 90 minutes.
5. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
6. Top with additional cheese, green onions, and hot sauce if desired!
